This 6-week nutrition challenge will help individuals reach optimal daily performances through real food. This challenge will provide you with one-on-one nutrition coaching with Brittney, customized meal plan, weekly

accountability check-ins, challenge intake and exit body measurements, and weekly educational materials and challenges based on your personal goal.

This challenge will:

  • teach you to boost energy levels with real foods and discover how to properly balance meals to get to your healthiest self.

  • help you achieve performance goals that will allow you to excel in Urban Fitness this next year!

  • Make working out a habit
