INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual nutrition sessions begin with an initial consultation to assess nutritional demands and performance goals. Prior to meeting, Brittney will email you an assessment form that will need to be completed and returned before your session. Upon receipt, you can schedule your first session. Since FLEXX is new, Brittney is still in search of finding an office. In the mean time, Brittney can meet you at any place you feel comfortable, counsel via Skype / FaceTime, or can email your nutrition plan along with instructions.
